The competition event day will be held from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm on Saturday, 27\/9\/2014 at the <i>Pusat Pembangunan Mahasiswa<\/i> (PUMA) building. Special prizes and certificates will be awarded to winners in each category.<\/p>\n<p>All secondary schools in Pulau Pinang are invited to send teams of 4 students to enter any of these competitions. All students from Form 1 to Form 5 can participate in these competitions and each team can be made up of students from any Forms. Each school can send as many as 2 teams to apply to enter each competition. However, the entry per school may be reduced if the total number of applications exceed the maximum of 300 participants at AEROFAIR 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Further details are given below for each competition:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b><a href=\"http:\/\/flyoutreach.blogspot.com\/2014\/06\/indoor-flight-competition.html\">Indoor Flight<\/a><\/b>: A competition to build small light-weight airplanes made from balsa-wood and plastic wrappers and fly to achieve the longest flight time. For the Indoor Flight competition, we will organize a half-day workshop on Saturday, 23 August 2014, a month before the competition day.<\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flyoutreach.com\/2014\/06\/airframe-modeling.html\">Airframe Modeling<\/a><\/b>: A competition to build skeletal models of airplane structures using cheap and\/or reusable materials.
