On 18th February 2025, Collaborative Research in Engineering, Science, and Technology (CREST) hosted the Closing and Award Ceremony for the Upskilling Grant for Aerospace and Medical Devices Industries in partnership with the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) and the Association of Malaysian Medical Industries (AMMI). The event took place at The Vertical, Connexion Conference & Event Centre, Bangsar South City.
During the ceremony, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) was recognized as an award recipient for its participation and contributions to:
- Aerospace Finishing School Program under the Upskilling Grant for Aerospace & Medical Devices Industries
- Medical Devices Finishing School Program under the Upskilling Grant for Aerospace & Medical Devices Industries
The closing ceremony celebrated the achievements of participants and acknowledged the collective efforts of all stakeholders in advancing Malaysia’s aerospace and medical devices sectors
