Congratulations to Skyscanner, the only team representing Malaysia for attending International Teknofest UAV Competition, organized by Tubitak, Turkiye.

By passing the technical standard checks, the drone which was made specifically for fast response and giving aid for rescue mission has been approved to fly in the air of turkey.

At 8.00 am, local time, after receiving gps location of a survivor via an SOS feature from a custom-built application, the drone then succesfully take off from the ground.

With autonomous capabilities and a high payload capacity, the drone swiftly delivers aid to rescue survivors.

After hovering on top of survivor, the drone then drop the payload to the survivor.

The drone then returns to take off point after completing this mission.

To be the only team from Malaysia to participate in the world stage is truly remarkable achievement especially for developing students talents especially in Aerospace Engineering Discipline in the world stage.

We are very grateful to have support especially from SCHOOL OF AEROSPACE ENGINEERING, USM, BHEPA USM, MIGHT, YAYASAN PERKASA (KEMENTERIAN PENGAJIAN TINGGI),SATNSC MALAYSIA, DRONEBOT THAILAND, PPKT KAMPUS KEJURUTERAAN AND CROWDFUNDERS for this project.

Not to forget, our translator volunteer here, Yamusa and Sinnah, assist us towards the success of the competition.

With the supports, the team are here and marked another history of success.
