Research Background:

Mohammad Hafifi Hafiz bin Ishaik, a researcher and senior lecturer attached to the School of Aerospace Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia since 2020. He holds a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science and a PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2016. His research areas and interest include Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), Advanced Packaging & Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Thermofluids, Currently, He has several International Journals and International Conferences under his banner. He has been actively involved as a lead researcher and co-researcher in USM’s and national research grant project.

• Aerodynamic performance improvement of Savonius wind turbine through a passive flow control
• Effects of Diameter on Copper Pillar with Solder Cap Interconnections During Reflow Soldering Process
• Influence of Epoxy Viscosity on Led Encapsulation Process
